The Joint Secretariat invites Lead Partners of funded projects to a Lead Partner Training on Project Implementation, designed to provide key guidance on successfully implementing your project under the Interreg NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine Programme.
The training will cover essential aspects of project implementation, including:
✔️ Contractual provisions
✔️ Eligibility of expenditures
✔️ Reporting and financial management
✔️ Risk management
✔️ Communication and programme visibility rules
Experts from the Joint Secretariat and TESIM will guide you through these topics, ensuring you have the necessary knowledge for smooth project execution.
Participation Options
All Lead Beneficiary (LB) representatives are encouraged to participate in person in Satu Mare to fully benefit from networking and direct engagement with programme experts. However, for those who cannot afford to travel, we will provide online access via Zoom. Each Lead Partner may register up to two representatives for the training.
